As a yogi, I’m incredibly grateful that my work involves moving my body mindfully every single day. But I’m definitely not immune to the little challenges that all of us face when it comes to taking care of our bodies and minds in a busy, chaotic world.
I’m on my hands and feet all day, teaching classes around the world, and fitting in fitness whenever I can.
